We’re finishing up our FAQ series on the blog! The first 2 blogs have had incredible responses! We know these are questions you have and maybe questions you didn’t know you had, but we’re excited to be answering them for you! Here’s part 3 of FAQ’s from our clients!
There’s 2 parts to this question! Are you booking a mini session or a full session? If you’re booking a mini session, we only have 10-15 minutes with you! We don’t want to take up 3 of those minutes with an outfit change! If you want to do a clothing change for a mini session, we can book 2 sessions back to back so you can have 2 different outfits!
For a full session, we allow 1 outfit change! We get 30 minutes to an hour together and we think that’s plenty of time for a clothing change! If you have kids, keep in mind that it may take a little bit longer for you to change clothes which means there’s less time for getting sweet pictures of your family!
We would love to! We send out an email with our Client Experience Guide attached! This guide will help you when it comes to what you should expect from your session and tips for dressing everyone in the family (yes, even dad)! If you have any questions that the Client Experience Guide doesn’t help you with, shoot us an email and we will do our best to help you!
We send a few emails before the session. The one that’s the most important is the Final Info Email that you get the week before your session! That email will have location details and contact information for your associate photographer! Your associate will reach out to you sometime before your session just to connect with you and check in to see if you have any questions! If you need ANYTHING, please feel free to shoot us an email! We can get you connected with your associate or answer any questions you might have!
