WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

We understand that things come up! Sometimes it’s family, sometimes it’s sickness, sometimes it’s the weather! We always do our best to leave space in calendars just in case things come up! We reschedule you to the next date that works best for you and when we have an associate available. If for some reason it’s harder to reschedule, we can save your non-refundable retainer and apply it to a session later on!

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF LOCATIONS YOU TYPICALLY SHOOT AT?

Yes! We currently serve over 8 cities in the US and we have worked hard to compile a list of locations we love to shoot at in each city! We always love taking suggestions and are open to other locations as well! If you’re struggling on finding a location you love, reach out to us and let us know what kind of location you’re looking for and we’ll do some research in your area!

WILL I BE HEARING FROM MY PHOTOGRAPHER BEFORE MY SESSION?

Yes! Your associate who’s scheduled for your session will reach out to you a few days before your session to check in and make sure you’re all set! They check in to make sure you don’t have any questions, make sure you know where to meet them at your location and to chat about any special things you put in your client questionnaire!
