Lifestyle newborn sessions are SO special to families with new babies! It’s an opportunity to capture sweet moments between mom, dad, siblings and their newest addition to the family! In this case, we got to capture some sweet moments between the family’s sweet pup and their new baby! We love getting to capture such special moments between a family like these things! This spring lifestyle newborn session was incredible and we’re excited to share it with you!

When Bonnie showed up to this sweet session, the McCann’s sweet dogs greeted her at the door. They were adorable and were excited to be part of the session! We headed upstairs to where they wanted the session to happen and the lighting was PERFECT for the session. Their sweet baby boy was incredible the whole time! We ended up swaddling him, unswaddling him and changing his outfit and he didn’t make a fuss! He did such a great job!

We always ask our clients to fill out a client questionnaire so our associate photographers can be best prepared for the session! The McCanns had participated in 2 professional photo sessions, one of them being their wedding. Hollie made it a point to mention that her husband HATES having photos taken. She wanted to warn her associate photographer that they tend to be “awkward” in photos and stiff so we made sure to have poses ready and give clear direction on what to do in pictures so they would be comfortable!
