We’re back today with another blog about a stunning session from Frisco Commons! We don’t get to shoot here often, but when we do, we always LOVE the images! Today, we’re here to share about a Frisco engagement session we shot over the summer this year! Betsy and Ethan were so excited to capture this sweet season in life and we’re honored we got the opportunity to serve them!

The first bump in the road was the weather. Texas can be unpredictable, and our initial date was met with stormy skies that just wouldn’t let up. So, we decided to play it safe and reschedule. Little did we know that the second reschedule was just around the corner. Life threw us a curveball, and for personal reasons, we had to postpone our session once more. Patience and perseverance were our best friends during this time.

This newly engaged couple was head over heels in love and we wanted their session to reflect that. They were looking for something fun, relaxed, and most importantly, true to who they are. Tara was amazing; she really understood them and what they were going for. She took the ideas they had on Betsy’s and ran with them, creating a session that was uniquely theirs.

What made this session so special was the laughter. They didn’t want stiff poses and forced smiles; they wanted genuine, candid moments that showcased their personalities. Tara encouraged them to be themselves, and they tried a lot of funny and different poses that you wouldn’t typically see in an engagement shoot. The result? Well, let’s just say their gallery is filled with moments that perfectly capture their fun-loving relationship.

In the end, our engagement session with Betsy and Ethan at Frisco Commons Park was everything we could have hoped for and more. We laughed, we posed, and we celebrated their love in a way that felt uniquely them. The reschedules were just a minor hiccup in the grand scheme of things, and the final session date was absolutely perfect!
