We switched over to Pic-time because the features included are incredible and we thought our clients would benefit from them! You have more print options, more purchase options and the overall delivery process is so much smoother!

About two weeks after your photo session, you’ll receive an email with a link to your gallery. The first email will prompt you to create a login to Pic-time so you can access your images! Be sure to remember your password so you can get into your gallery! 

Once you get logged into your gallery, you’ll be sent to a slide show. That is your gallery preview. We send a little sneak peek to get you excited for your images before we finalize everything on your full gallery. We love this feature because you don’t have to wait as long to see images from your session! 

The day after you receive your sneak peek, you’ll receive an email saying your gallery is ready to download! There are so many options for downloading your images and it’s so easy! You can download the whole gallery in the top right corner of the website or you can pick and choose which images you want to download. Just remember that we only keep your gallery online for 2 weeks so be sure to download your images before then! We keep backups of your images elsewhere but we have to make room in Pic-time for other galleries!
